1. RETURN

You can return any product purchased in our online store and you have 14 days to do so from the day you receive the package with your order.

To make it happen you have to send the product in original packaging and a completed return form to the address Praia Beachwear ul. Bagatela 12/507, 00-585 Warsaw.

Your return form could be send also via email to the address: contact@praiabeachwear.com

Cash will be returned to your bank account within 14 days of delivery of the package to our warehouse

2. EXCHANGE

There is no possibilities to exchange products in our shop.
Exchange is to return selected product and placing a separate order.

3. COMPLAINT
